Chinwe arrived in Canada at fourteen and spent years learning how the country works the hard way. Eazy Landing is the service she wishes her family had on their first day.
Eazy Landing exists to make the transition into Canada more organized, comfortable and supported.
That single idea is why Eazy Landing was created. Our founders arrived in Canada as newcomers themselves, so they know how heavy that first week can feel. The decision to move is the hard part. The landing should not be.
Eazy Landing is a premium newcomer concierge and soft-landing service. We coordinate the practical details of arriving in Canada: where you stay, how you get from the airport, what you need in the first week, and who to call when something needs handling.
We are not an immigration law firm and we do not provide immigration or visa approval services. Our work begins where the paperwork ends: the arrival, the settling in, and the first weeks of a new life.
Every engagement starts with a conversation and ends with a plan, tailored to the person arriving and never pulled from a template.

Eazy Landing is deliberately small. The people you speak with are the people who handle your arrival.

Biography to be added

My name is Chinwe, and I’m the Co-Founder of Eazy Landing.
My connection to what we do is deeply personal. Long before Eazy Landing was a business idea, I was the newcomer.
I was fourteen years old when I first arrived in Canada with my mom and my brothers. I remember landing in a completely new country and realizing very quickly how much we simply did not know. We had made the journey, but we had no roadmap for what came next.
So many things that had seemed simple suddenly became overwhelming. Where do you go? Who do you ask? How do you get from one place to another? How do you find the things you need? How do you make sense of a system that everyone around you seems to already understand?
My mom had to figure out most of it as she went, while making sure her children were okay and adjusting to an entirely new environment herself.
As a child, I did not understand the weight of everything she was carrying. Looking back now, I see those early years differently. I realize how much easier that transition could have been if someone had simply known the process. Someone who could meet us when we arrived, help us get settled, answer the small questions, point us in the right direction, and make those first few days feel less overwhelming.
That experience stayed with me.
Over the years, Canada became home. I went from being the fourteen-year-old girl trying to understand a new country to someone who has built a life here. I learned how things work, how to navigate Canadian systems, where to find resources, how to get around, and most importantly, how to make Canada feel like home.
Eventually I realized something.
I had become the person my younger self needed.
That is where Eazy Landing was born.
We created Eazy Landing because arriving in a new country should be exciting, not unnecessarily stressful. Whether you are a parent sending your child to Canada for school, a family relocating for a new chapter, or someone starting over in a place you have never lived before, those first few days shape how you experience your new life.
Our goal is not to make the move for you. It is to make the beginning easier.
From meeting you when you arrive, helping you get to your accommodation, assisting with those important first-day errands, helping you find your way around, and making sure you have the essentials you need, we are here to provide the support I wish my family had when we first landed.
Because I know what it is like to arrive.
I know what it is like to look around and not know where to start.
And I know how much it can mean to hear someone say, “Don’t worry. We’ve got you.”
That is what Eazy Landing is here to do.
Welcome to Canada. We’ve got you from the moment you land.

Help with the things that actually need doing, not advice that leaves you to figure it out alone.
Every landing plan is built around your arrival date, destination, family situation and priorities.
Clear commitments, confirmed arrangements and someone who answers when you reach out.
One point of contact coordinating multiple providers, so you are not chasing five different people.
We work with trusted third-party providers and manage the logistics between them.
Especially for parents supporting a child from thousands of kilometres away.
You are met, not just processed.
The first-week basics, handled.
Less figuring it out alone.
Space to focus on your new life.
A note on what we publish. We do not claim awards, certifications, years of experience, client numbers or partnerships that we cannot verify. Where a service is delivered through a third-party provider, we say so.
Tell us about your move and we will map the rest.
